Ready posture: Parallel Ready Stance (Narani chunbi sogi)
1. Execute a right walking stance with a right middle punch to D while bringing the left arm up for reaction (Wirro gunun Sogi - wirro kaunde Jirugi).
2. Execute a left walking stance to B by bringing the right foot in toward the left foot and back to A, at the same time performing a left low outer forearm block to B (Cirro gunun sogi - cirro najunde makgi).
3. Execute a right walking stance with a right middle punch to B while bringing the left arm up for reaction (Wirro gunun sogi - wirro kaunde jirugi).
4. Execute a left walking stance to C by bringing the right foot in toward the left foot and back to D, at the same time performing a left low outer forearm block to C (Cirro gunun sogi - cirro najunde makgi).
5. Execute a right walking stance with a right middle punch to C while bringing the left arm up for reaction (Wirro gunun sogi - wirro kaunde jirugi).
6. Execute a left walking stance to A by bringing the right foot in toward the left foot and back to B, at the same time performing a left low outer forearm block to A (Cirro gunun sogi - cirro najunde makgi).
